Receive a Preliminary Audit from Advisor by appointment

This appointment should take place before mid October to allow the student time to schedule an audit appointment with the Registrar.

Receive a Prelimiary and Final Audit From the Registrar by appointment

Prospective Graduating seniors are highly advised to schedule an appointment with the Registrar to receive a preliminary audit that reviews all outstanding graduation requirements. This will take place between September and November. The Registrar will re-evaluate the student's progress at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters after grades are submitted to be sure that all requirements have been met before graduation.

Order Cap & Gown

All prospective graduating seniors are responsible for going on the Jostens website and submitting their name, weight, and height for cap & gown ordering purposes. A link is emailed to the prospective graduating seniors in January and usually has a cut off date in late February or early March.

Attend Grad Finale

Grad Finale is an event for prospective graduating seniors to attend and receive all information regarding graduation such as, class ring information, commencement rehearsal information, receive and start completing graduating senior checklist form, and more. This event is held every Spring Semester.

Complete Graduating Senior Checklist Form

In addition to academic requirements, approved candidates for graduation must also complete and submit a graduating senior checklist to the Office of the Registrar by the posted deadline, verifying completion of additional graduation requirements. It is advised that students contact departments requiring signatures, well in advance, to keep abreast of student responsibilities. Additionally, students are given the opportunity to conveniently complete much of the graduating senior checklist form during the Grad Finale hosted in the Spring Semester.
